Ordering
How do I choose the right piece?
Start with the trip you already have in mind. Product pages include dimensions, materials, fit notes, and the conditions each piece is designed for. If you are between two options, contact us and we will help you make the call.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders leave our Zirakpur store within 1–2 business days. Ground shipping is ₹149, or free when your order reaches ₹5,000. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is moving.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship across India. Contact us before ordering if you need help with delivery to a remote location.
Returns & care
Can I return something I bought?
Yes. Try your gear at home or on a gentle first outing. If it is not right, send it back within 30 days in original condition for a full refund.
What does the open-ended warranty cover?
We stand behind the materials and construction of our gear. If a well-loved piece develops a problem, email thecampventure@gmail.com with a note about what happened and a few photos.
How should I care for technical layers?
Empty the pockets, shake out the grit, and let wet gear dry fully. Wash with a gentle, scent-free cleaner. Reproof shells only when water stops beading.

We work with a small group of manufacturing partners we know and revisit regularly. Each product page lists its materials and design origin so you can make an informed choice.
Can I visit the store?
Yes. We are at Near Patiala Chowk, Zirakpur-Patiala Road,, Shivalik Vihar, SCO-09 (Near Hotel Red Paradise),, Zirakpur, Punjab, Pin-140603, Monday–Saturday · 10 AM – 7 PM IST. Send a note before you come if you want help packing a kit in person.
